Each of our bags carries not just embroidery and stories, but also the care of safe shipping. As soon as your order is confirmed, our hands prepare the journey: we pack it with love and dispatch it with care.
Your order will be shipped within 7 business days. Once posted, you will receive a tracking code to follow your bag’s journey until it’s in your arms.

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you’d like to exchange or return your bag, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Bags must be returned to us without signs of use so they can continue to bring joy to other hands.
